2. Definitions
- Jewellery: Predesigned or customized jewellery made with gold and lab-grown diamonds available for purchase through Siloro. All jewellery is sold on an “as is” basis.
- Mounts: Jewellery settings designed to hold diamonds, with or without stones.
- Loose Diamonds: Individual diamonds sold separately without being set in jewellery.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, and content displayed on the Siloro website are the property of Siloro. You may not use them without prior written permission.
4. External Links
The website may include links to third-party websites. Siloro is not responsible for their content or reliability. Accessing these links is at your own risk.
5. Product Representation
Due to screen settings and photography, product sizes and appearances may vary slightly from actual products. Siloro is not liable for such variations.
6. Pricing Policy
- Prices are based on current gold and diamond market rates and may change without prior notice.
- Final pricing is calculated based on the metal rate on the day of purchase or advance payment.
- Minor differences between estimated and final product weight or stone usage may result in price adjustments at delivery.
7. No Warranty
Siloro does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, its content, or its services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Siloro is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from:
- Use of the website
- Errors or inaccuracies in information
- Delays or interruptions in service
- Payment authorization failures
9. Payment Authorization
Siloro is not liable for transaction failures due to declined payments by banks or payment providers.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund (1% payment gateway charge applicable).
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a ₹1000 processing fee + 1% payment charge.
- Customized orders are non-refundable, and making charges will not be returned.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
- Gift card payments will be refunded back to the gift card.
11. Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted under the 15-day return policy (excluding coins and customized products).
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.
12. Free Gift Policy
- Free gifts are considered as discounts.
- In case of partial returns or cancellations, the discount value of the free gift will not be refunded.
13. Offers & Promotions
- Offers are valid only on selected products.
- Siloro reserves the right to modify or discontinue offers at any time without prior notice.
14. Conflict of Terms
If there is any conflict between these Terms and other policies, the specific policy related to the service will take precedence.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts as determined by Siloro.
17. Compliance Requirement
As per Government of India regulations, PAN details are required for purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000 in a single day.
18. Updates to Terms
Siloro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
