Return Policy

At Siloro, we offer a 15-Day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy to ensure your purchase is absolutely perfect.

If you wish to return a product, we will provide a full refund or exchange, after deducting a ₹1500 charge per product towards delivery and processing. This charge will be borne by the customer.


When 15-Day Money Back Does Not Apply

This policy is not applicable in the following cases:

  1. Products that have already been exchanged once under the 15-Day Exchange Policy
    • Exchange is allowed only once within 15 days
    • A second exchange will be treated as a Lifetime Exchange
  2. Products that are:
    • Customized
    • Engraved
    • Personalized

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Must be in unused and saleable condition
  • No scratches, damage, wear, or alterations
  • Tags, stickers, and certificates must be intact

If the packaging or product tag is tampered with, the return will not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  1. A quality check will be conducted
  2. Upon approval, refund will be processed within 10 business days

Refund Method

  • Cash on Delivery Orders → Refund to your bank account
  • Prepaid Orders → Refund to original payment method (Card / UPI / Net Banking)

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@siloro.com within 15 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order details and request a return pickup
  3. Pack the product securely in original packaging with:
    • Original certificate
    • Invoice (original or copy)
  4. Hand over the package to our authorized logistics partner
  5. Collect a pickup acknowledgement (receipt / tracking / SMS confirmation)

Important Notes

  • Products showing wear, damage, resizing, or alteration (by any third party) will not be accepted
  • Loss of original certificate will result in an additional ₹1500 deduction
  • For EMI orders, 1% of total order value will be deducted during refund processing

Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Siloro (if store return is not possible)
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
  • A deduction of ₹1000–₹1500 may apply towards logistics and processing

Siloro reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
